Turkish restaurants are a bit like when we go to eat in small restaurants. There will be some prepared small dishes (meze) and they will be served before the appetizer.
Trilye's small dishes are excellent. The thin slices of olive oil marinated octopus are tender and tasty. The freshness and sweetness of the octopus complement the aroma of olive oil.
